Your Information and This Site
Updated October 16, 2026. This notice covers Arclite’s On Time Pay Apps site, the Getting-Paid Check, its report and requests to speak with our team.
What You Provide
The Check asks about your trade, revenue range, billing workload, payment timing and retainage. Your first name, email and location open the detailed report. A contact request includes your name, phone number and preferred contact method. Comments and recent pay-app details are optional. Use a GC nickname where possible and share only information you are authorized to provide.
How It Is Used
We use this information to generate your report, respond to your request and understand whether our billing service could help. Louisville requests go to Brad Couch and Charlotte requests go to Christian Carr. Other locations have no automatically assigned founder. We may follow up about your request; you can ask us to stop.
The Check and report run in your browser. The site uses browser storage to preserve your progress, selected location and choices. Cloudflare hosts the site and stores submitted requests for Arclite. Request notifications and the information needed to respond are shared with Arclite’s team in Slack. The page tells you when capture or an email copy cannot be confirmed. An email copy is available only when a delivery service is connected.
Your Report Link
A report link contains an encoded summary of the Check answers, including the revenue range. It does not include your name or email. Anyone with that link can read those answers and the resulting report, so share it only with people you choose. Optional detailed pay-app entries stay out of the share link.
Analytics and Scheduling
PostHog measures pages, sources and funnel steps. Before you accept persistent analytics, the basic mode uses an identity held only in the current page’s memory. Acceptance allows visits to be connected across pages and to a successfully captured request. Analytics can include your trade, broad fit and result band, along with technical visit data such as browser information and approximate location. Financial answers and amounts, the full answer payload, names, email addresses and phone numbers are excluded from analytics events. Session recording is disabled.
Source links may include an opaque company reference. It identifies a link, not proof of who opened it. Booking links open Calendly, which handles the information you enter there. Arclite uses booking details to organize the conversation. A calendar click alone is not a confirmed booking.
Your Choices and Questions
You can skip optional details, decline persistent analytics and choose a call without agreeing to texts. Text permission is optional and relates to the conversation you request. Tell the founder to stop, including by replying STOP, to stop that text conversation.

About the Free Report
Results are estimates based on your answers and the assumptions shown. Confirm your GC’s actual instructions, dates and contract terms before acting. The free Check, report or conversation creates no paid subscription or automatic charge. Any paid service requires a separate agreement.
